Noah Middleton is our founder and President. Beginning ministry in 1997, he has partnered with multiple ministries and denominations in over 100 nations. He desires to see the global Church be biblical in thought, word, and deed through the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
Stephen McKay began his missionary work at 19 in Papua New Guinea. He is the founder and President of Vessel of Honour Ministries in eastern Tennessee; a ministry of reaching the unreached with the Gospel and supporting orphanages around the world.
Lee Shipp is the founder and senior pastor of First New Testament Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is also President of A Call to the Heart; a ministry of evangelism and outreach through media and both national and international campaigns.
Kristy Furlow-Green is the founder of Cloth and Clay Ministries; a ministry dedicated to women who have experienced great loss, tragedy, and sorrow. She desires to see the grief stricken walking closer to Christ in surrender and healing.

Emmanuel Acha – Director of AFC Pakistan
Emmanuel began ministry in with YWAM in the Philippines. Since then, he has worked with a variety of ministries in multiple nations. A gifted speaker and teacher, he is the leader of our Biblical Training in Lahore and oversees all the work in Pakistan and the surrounding region.
Dilbar Masih – Head of Slave Ministry
Dilbar plays a pivotal role in our mission to free slaves, guiding them to a new life of freedom, both physically and spiritually. He also passionately pastors a church, emphasizing biblical discipleship and mentoring to ensure lasting transformation in the lives of God’s people.
Kashif Masih – Principal of Elementary School
A graduate of our Bible College and a church planter, Kashif now brings his passion for education to our elementary school. Serving as both pastor and principal, he embodies our commitment to nurturing both spiritual and academic growth.
Tamseela Masih – Head Elementary School Teacher
Tamseela, wife of Kashif, is not only our head schoolteacher but also a compassionate advocate for impoverished and enslaved children. Her dedication goes beyond the classroom, reflecting our commitment to transforming the lives of those in need.
Ko Aung – Director of AFC Myanmar
A former Buddhist monk, Ko Aung now serves as the National Leader of his denomination. Our partnership with him focuses on church planting efforts—over 30 churches have been established. Alongside his wife, Sein Pan, they also lovingly oversee an orphanage, nurturing the lives of over 30 children. Ko Aung's story embodies the power of redemption and service.
Bro Petrus – President of AFC South Asia
Petrus brings decades of experience working in the challenging 10/40 window. By strategically networking AFC with other impactful ministries such as Operation Mobilization, Petrus focuses on training church planters and empowering them to liberate the bound and disciple believers.
